Amazon in the UK. Is a West Coast thing, I think. The brand I knew was called Salish, a Native group from that area.

God this question is a bit Kenneth Williams, but I have to go with the Crumpet because it brings the flavour of the Butter to the fore like no other flour based product.
My Answer I know was more Kenneth than the question, I said I know !.
